Tickets include:

60 minute yin and restorative yoga practice; to let go of the idea of yoga and follow your body's unique guidance as you relax deeply taught by Emily

30 minute guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep); a space to rest

A chance to connect over locally supplied, nutritious and delicious meze (V, VG)

A glass or natural wine from Pullo of Exeter (or something non-alcoholic)

Yoga mats and all props are provided (feel free to bring your own)
Join us for an evening of deep rest and body mind connection.
This is an invitation to slow down.
Held at The Hall in Exeter, we will gather to explore our bodies, still our minds, soften our preconceptions.
Come if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi.
After 90 minutes of guided deep restorative yoga and relaxation, we connect over locally sourced meze and natural wine (or non-alcoholic options).
The ticket price includes a glass of wine or non-acoholic drink. Minimal intervention, organic wines and ciders will be available to purchase.
